New Delhi: The Ministry of Health in its weekly media briefing on Friday issued a warning saying that though the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has started flattening in the country, it would be wrong to assume that the situation has become all safe as the ‘virus has changed its mind.’.
Niti Aayog (health) member VK Paul while speaking in the press conference in New Delhi reportedly said, “If we again start doing what we were doing as a society in December, January, the situation can again go into a difficult phase.”

VK Paul noted that the significant improvement in the Covid situation across country is not happening automatically.
“This is not happening automatically. There are no crowds.. a price that we pay. But we have made it difficult for the virus to travel. This is mathematically valid and also valid by common sense,” Paul said.
